With a degree in Economics with a major in International Finance, with a Diploma in Advanced
Corporate Finance from the Universidad Panamericana, he has extensive experience
in cases of audits in international matters and transfer pricing, as well as negotiations
of advance agreements of a unilateral and bilateral nature. Specialist in the preparation
of valuation analysis and financial models for the determination of the estimated market
value of intangibles, analysis of proof of economic benefits, among others.
